Sounds
When a nasalized vowel occurs in the middle of a word, followed by a consonant, the nasalization is similar to the English use of “n” or “m” in words like “sing”, “thanks”, “lamp”.

At the end of a word, NOON Ghunna is used to nasalize a final long vowel. The pronunciation is similar to French nasalization as in the French words “bon”, “main”, and “lent”. Final NOON Ghunna is analogous to the chandrabindi in Hindi. In its final form, NOON Ghunna looks like regular NOON, but has no dot.
