Exercise 19

Click on the ear button to hear a series of words in Urdu. Try to write the words in Urdu. All of these words use either ط or ظ. To check your work, click on the eye button. For those who know Hindi: Click the “Hindi Hint” button to see the word in Hindi. Try to transcribe the word from Hindi to Urdu.

Exercise 20A

Copy all of the following words in Urdu, then read them aloud. After you have tried to read each word, click on the ear button to hear it. Did you read them correctly? For those who know Hindi: transcribe the phrase from Urdu to Hindu. Click the “Hindi Hint” button to check your work.
